Client Background

The client approached us with the requirement of designing a comfortable family home on a compact urban plot in Porur, Chennai. The primary expectation was to create a spacious and functional residence that could accommodate the needs of a growing family while maintaining a modern aesthetic and efficient spatial planning.

Objective

To design a well-planned contemporary residence on a constrained site area while accommodating four bedrooms and ensuring maximum comfort, functionality, and natural light. The goal was to optimize every square foot without making the home feel compact or congested.

Scope

Designed a four-bedroom residence on a 1200 sq ft plot, addressing the client’s requirement despite the site’s spatial limitations.

Carefully planned the layout to ensure efficient circulation, privacy between spaces, and functional zoning.

Integrated ample natural lighting and ventilation through thoughtful placement of openings and internal spatial planning.

Maximized the built space without compromising on comfort, usability, or aesthetics.
