Client Background
Vistaluxe, a premium builder based along the ECR stretch, is known for developing exclusive coastal residences that combine design excellence with lifestyle luxury. Their focus lies in creating high-value properties that balance aesthetics, functionality, and vastu compliance — resulting in homes that attract immediate market interest.
Objective
To design contemporary beach-facing villas that offer the perfect blend of luxury, functionality, and vastu alignment. The goal was to create an elegant and efficient layout that maximizes sea views while maintaining privacy and comfort for residents.
Scope
Conceptualized and designed three premium villas on a 60’ x 60’ beachfront plot (initially planned for two villas).
Each villa features modern planning, open terraces, and vastu-compliant layouts ensuring light, ventilation, and connectivity with the ocean.
Provided detailed design solutions that enhanced functionality and market appeal, resulting in all three villas being sold immediately after launch.
